Ellie and Dylan were married at St Peter and St Paul’s Church in Godalming, and had their reception at Northbrook Park in Farnham. The weather has been horrible, but luckily it was mainly fine on their wedding day. No amount of rain could have spoilt what was a very joyous, fun and lovely day, and Ellie and Dylan are so happy and in love they are scrummy. Congratulations Ellie and Dylan – I know you will have a very happy future together.

My first wedding of the year was an absolutely lovely one! Mark and Sarah were married at Clandon Park which is just beautiful. The light was lovely, soft and romantic, with the sun low in the sky, and we got great photographs of the two of them and their friends and family in the grounds. Congratulations Mark and Sarah!

Chiddingstone Castle is the ultimate romantic fairy-tale castle for a wedding. I love the grounds and the castle itself, there are so many different creative options for photography, and there is an utterly romantic and charming feel to the place. I’ll be honest, it’s very hard to select a small number of favourites from Northbrook Park. There are lovely locations and light, both inside and out, to take beautiful posed and natural shots. I have had the pleasure of photographing some very lovely couples on very happy days, and here are just 17 photographs from their weddings. Clandon Park has to be one of my all time favourite wedding venues ever. It’s beautiful inside and out, with stunning architecture and gorgeous grounds which work well in every season. Last, but not least, a very lovely and helpful team who manage the weddings there. If I was going to get married again I would quite possibly choose Clandon.

I just photographed my last wedding of the year at Clandon and it inspired me to post a few favourites from the last year. I’m normally pretty good at editing, but it’s taken me ages to whittle down a shortlist for the blog to a mere 15! I hope you like them. Nicola and Neil were married at St Nicholas church in Thames Ditton and then went on to Great Fosters in Egham for their reception and wedding breakfast. Depsite being October they had some of the best weather of the year which meant everyone could enjoy the lovely gardens at Great Fosters. Congratulations Nicola and Neil on your marriage and a very lovely wedding day!

Andrea and Carl had a lovely wedding at St Swithuns church followed by a reception at the very elegant and pretty Buxted Park. Thanks to the very helpful usher – you know how you are! Congratulations Andrea and Carl!

Congratulations Nicola and Neil an your amazing wedding day. You were both so lovely and easy to work with, and your wedding was gorgeous, fun and romantic. Great Fosters is a beautiful venue on any day, but was spectacular in this gorgeous weather. I have lots of lovely shots of the day, but for now here is just one to keep you going!
